4. Payment Terms:

Payments for services are outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
50% advance payment is required before work begins, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Delayed payments may result in the suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property:

All code, content, and designs created during the project remain the intellectual property of mentordots.com until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for the final deliverables will transfer to the client.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the project unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: Mentordots.com will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from errors in the deliverables.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate the project with a 15-day written notice.
In the case of termination, the client is responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the jurisdiction of TeamDots Innovation and Technologies Pvt Ltd.
