Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Services:

Clients may cancel a project before work begins without penalty.
If a project is canceled after work has started, the client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
To cancel, please send a written request to cancellations@mentordots.com.
2. Refund Eligibility:

Full refunds are available if the project is canceled before work begins.
For projects canceled after commencement but before completion, a partial refund will be issued, based on the percentage of work completed.
No refunds will be provided for completed projects.
3. Time Frame for Refunds:

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items:

Digital marketing services, once initiated, are non-refundable.
Hosting and domain registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
5. Dispute Resolution: In case of dissatisfaction with the services provided, clients must first contact us to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved through mutual agreement.
